This condition requires higher education graduates to possess digital competencies and practical skills that align with industry needs. This paper aims to describe the strengthening of digital competencies among Public Sector Accounting students through hands-on practice in integrated systems during an Industrial Internship at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lhokseumawe. The method employed is hands-on practice combined with field mentoring, in which students are actively involved in financial management activities using integrated application systems, including Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP), Vendor Invoicing Portal (VIP), and the Integrated Budget Management Information System (SIPAT). The results indicate that the industrial internship enhances students’ ability to operate digital financial systems, understand financial management workflows, and develop professional attitudes such as discipline, responsibility, and teamwork. Therefore, the industrial internship serves as a strategic medium to bridge academic theory and real-world practice while preparing students to meet the demands of a technology-driven work environment.
Maria Fatima Narti, Rahma Syafitri, Mariana Mariana, Anhar Firdaus Copyright (c) 2026 Maria Fatima Narti, Rahma Syafitri, Mariana Mariana, Anhar Firdaus https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.stisalhilalsigli.ac.id/index.php/alkhidmah/article/view/499 Fri, 31 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PINTAR MENGASUH ANAK DI ERA DIGITAL https://jurnal.stisalhilalsigli.ac.id/index.php/alkhidmah/article/view/511
This activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge to parents about the rights and obligations of parents in educating children, the importance of the role of parents in children's education and the recommended educational patterns in Islam. The Business Fest 2025 activity aims to build creativity and entrepreneurial spirit among students through project-based learning and real business simulation approaches. The method used includes three structured stages: preparation (briefing and planning), implementation (booth operation simulation and market interaction), and evaluation (reflection and impact analysis). The results of the activity show significant improvements in aspects of entrepreneurial motivation, creativity in product development and marketing strategies, as well as the strengthening of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and self-management. This activity also identified the importance of more intensive briefing and the integration of financial literacy in similar future programs. Thus, Business Fest 2025 successfully functions as an effective practical entrepreneurship laboratory in bridging the gap between theory and practice, as well as preparing students to face the dynamics of the competitive business world.
Andre Saputra Hutajulu, Munasya Hirah, Salsabila Zhafira, Siti Mona Warah, Mariana Mariana, Anhar Firdaus Copyright (c) 2026 Andre Saputra Hutajulu, Munasya Hirah, Salsabila Zhafira, Siti Mona Warah, Mariana Mariana, Anhar Firdaus https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.stisalhilalsigli.ac.id/index.php/alkhidmah/article/view/502 Fri, 31 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0000 EVALUASI PROGRAM INOVATIF DALAM PENGUATAN KAPASITAS MASYARAKAT https://jurnal.stisalhilalsigli.ac.id/index.php/alkhidmah/article/view/500
Program evaluation is a critical component for measuring the effectiveness and impact of innovative programs aimed at strengthening community capacity. This study aims to synthesize empirical findings regarding the practices and outcomes of evaluating such programs in Indonesia. The method used is a systematic review of 38 journal articles from research and community service published between 1999 and 2025. Thematic analysis results reveal four main findings. First, the evaluation methodologies employed are still dominated by descriptive qualitative approaches and structured models like CIPP, yet there remains a gap in quantified impact measurement. Second, innovative programs show positive impacts in enhancing economic capacity, social participation, and community institutions, although often not yet optimal and sustainable. Third, the most consistent determining factors for success are synergy among stakeholders and local leadership, while the main constraints lie in budget limitations, institutional capacity, and community participation. Fourth, the capacity and quality of evaluation implementation itself remains a challenge, marked by the limited technical knowledge of evaluators. The implications of these findings emphasize the need for innovation in evaluation systems, including strengthening the capacity of local evaluators, developing more measurable instruments, and shifting towards sustainable participatory evaluation to ensure programs are not only successful in the short term but also leave a legacy of independent capacity for the community.
Mariana Mariana, Bonita Izwany, Zul Azimi Copyright (c) 2026 Mariana Mariana, Bonita Izwany, Zul Azimi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.stisalhilalsigli.ac.id/index.php/alkhidmah/article/view/500 Fri, 31 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0000
