This study aims to analyze the impact of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli and its surrounding area. Employing a qualitative method with a case study design, the research gathered data through in-depth interviews with eight MSME owners operating at or near the school. The analysis reveals that the MBG Program has had a positive impact on these MSMEs, specifically by increasing the number of customers and driving rapid growth in sales turnover. However, the study also identified negative consequences, such as dependency on government programs and unhealthy market competition among MSMEs in Sigli City. The MBG Program not only enhances the nutritional quality of students' meals but also contributes to local economic growth by fostering the development of MSMEs. Furthermore, this research is expected to inform policy development that integrates the education sector with the local economy.
